Hello, I am Kate Carson, a Professional Certified Relationship Coach with a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology and a life long student of personal growth and development. I have been effectively coaching individuals and couples since 2009 to heal from addiction, recover from core trauma wounds, deepen and strengthen their relationships and transform life limiting patterns.
After a 13 year relationship, I went through a painful break-up of my own. All break-ups are difficult and I was extremely fortunate that we were able to part in a kind and respectful manner, with each of us feeling healthy, whole, and respected.
In 2015, I discovered the Conscious Uncoupling process and was personally trained and mentored by New York Times bestselling author Katherine Woodward Thomas, the creator and author of Conscious Uncoupling. I am passionate and committed to helping individuals and couples break up in a healthier, more empowered manner that leaves my clients whole, complete and able to move forward in an empowered manner to create their own Happily Even After lives.
I work with individuals or couples who are considering a break-up, are already going through a difficult separation or break-up, as well as those who may still be suffering from an old break-up or divorce. I partner with my clients and support them to evolve beyond their heartache and to emerge with dignity, having the ability to move forward with joy and be open to new possibilities and opportunities in life. My approach is to guide clients through the breakup process in the kindest way possible, creating the conditions to allow their hearts to heal so that everyone wins, especially children, if there are any involved. I teach me clients skills and tools to understand their previous patterns in relationships , evolve beyond them and create new structures to support themselves and their loved ones moving forward.
People who benefit most from working with me are individuals or couples that are committed to their own growth, evolution and empowerment, who are willing to work hard and use the pain of their current situation as the fuel they need to take proactive responsibility to create a more fulfilling and happy life for themselves and their loved ones.
I look forward to speaking with you to see if coaching is right for you.
